Preparation and usage
Method of prepare.: For cooked or stewed food (soups, sauces, rice, vegetables and meat) add Vegeta before finishing cooking. Recommended 1 teaspoon (3g) for portion (250ml). Season meat and fish with Vegeta to taste before cooking.
