Preparation
Microwave: From Ambient
Pierce film several times. Heat on full (800-W) for 1 min a pot or 2 mins for 2 pots. Microwave ovens vary, adjust cooking time accordingly. Peel back film, fluff in the tray & check the product is hot before serving.
Stir fry: From Ambient
Alternatively stir-fry each portion for 1 minute in a little vegetable oil. Do not reheat.
