Preparation and usage
Cooking Instructions: Pierce film several times. Heat on full (800-W) for 1 min a pot or 2 mins for 2 pots. Microwave ovens vary, adjust cooking time accordingly. Peel back film, fluff in the tray & check the product is hot before serving. Alternatively stir-Fry each portion for 1 minute in a little vegetable oil. Do not reheat.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
