In 1960, Ciro Panizzi, Enzo’s father, relocated production to Montanaro, where the transition from Panizzi to Valcolatte took place, with a renewed focus on fresh cheese production. Supported by Giuseppe Villa, Liliana’s father and a visionary entrepreneur, Enzo and Liliana continued to propel the company forward, ensuring that every porduct embodies the values and commitment to excellence that have defined our journey.
