







This Bourgogne Aligote white wine comes from 30-year-old vines in the Burgundy region of France. The pale yellow wine features honey and white flower aromas with a refreshing citrus finish.

With an average vine age of 30 years, this wine is made from 100% Aligote. From the Communes of Saint Cyr les Colons, Dannemoine, Saint-Bris and Chitry the soil consists of chalky clay. This wine was matured for 6 months.
Tasting Notes:
Pale yellow in colour, the nose develops into a bouquet of honey and white flowers. Rich on the palate, with a hint of freshness. Good length with a citrus finish.
Serving Suggestions:
Pairs well with seafood, fish and appetisers.
Drink slightly chilled.
