Directions:

1) Use first thing in the morning on an empty stomach before brushing your teeth. 2) Begin by guiding my arch over your tongue, starting at the back and working forwards. 3) Gently scrape the white mucus forward and repeat this process several times, rinsing off each time. 4) Once finished, rinse in hot water and store in a clean, dry place.
