Our signature espresso coffee, served in high-end cafes across the country (and now, at your table). It's a bold one - with hints of berries and citrus. Dark-roasted for a rich caramel finish. A complex blend of coffees from smallholder farmers including San Jeronimo Costa Rica, Gajah Mountain Sumatra, Cocagi Gashonga Rwanda and Liberacion Guatemala. Notes of treacle, dark chocolate and cinnamon We hand-roast our coffee in small batches to develop delicious flavour and aroma for each individual coffee.

Storage
Packed immediately after roasting. Once opened, roll the top of this pack down tightly and secure with a rubber band. Store in the freezer and use within two weeks.

Preparation and Usage
The Perfect Espresso 17-19g of coffee - use scales for best results. Set your machine at ~91 degrees and aim for 21-25s extraction time. You should end up with 27-30g of delicious coffee. Enjoy!

Instructions

A round dessertspoon of grounds per cup makes the perfect filter pot or cafetiere of coffee. If its too strong for your taste, just add a little hot water after brewing.

If you're using a cafetiere, let the kettle come off the boil, then wet the grounds evenly with a little water before topping up. Give it 4 minutes, then plunge.

Enjoy. If it's too strong for your liking, just add a little more hot water to your cup after brewing

Make sure your coffee maker is clean as coffee oil build-up will taste stale.
