It pairs caffeinated beans from Huila, Colombia with decaffeinated beans from Cajamarca, Peru, delivering notes of chocolate, toffee and tangerine. Brew a cup with a cafetière using one heaped dessert spoon per 250ml and water just off the boil for a smooth, lower-caffeine coffee.

Inspired by one of our bestsellers, House Roast, this new blend is crafted with care, combining caffeinated and decaffeinated beans. Our caffeinated beans are from Huila, Colombia, whereas our decaffeinated beans are grown in Cajamarca, Peru and undergo the Carbonic Natural® method to remove caffeine. This gentle, chemical-free process uses naturally sourced Carbon Dioxide to remove caffeine while retaining the coffee's natural flavour characteristics. To further enhance your experience, we roast each coffee separately, creating individual flavours that harmonise in the blend. We hand-roast our coffee in small batches to develop delicious flavour and aroma for each individual coffee.

Usage: The Perfect Cafetière One heaped dessert spoon (15g-18g) per 250ml cup. Water just off the boil (92°C). Stir. Brew for 4 minutes, then plunge and enjoy.
