Getting Started

Charging the Power Bank:

• Open the zip on the Cushion Cover.
• Connect the Internal USB and Micro USB Cables to the USB and Micro USB Ports on the Power Bank. The Control will flash red, blue, green and then turn off.
• Place the Power Bank into the Internal Pocket.
• Close the zip on the Cushion Cover.

Important: The Power Bank should always be placed in the pocket during use.

How to Use:

• Press and hold the On/Off/Heat Level for three seconds to turn on.
• Press repeatedly to select required heat level.
• Press for three seconds to turn off.
• Connect the Magnetic Charging Cable to the Magnetic Connector. The Battery Level Indicator will flash whilst charging and show 4 lights when fully charged.
• To fully charge will take: 10,000mAh Power Bank - up to 4 hours. Alternatively you can remove the Power Bank and charge using the Charging Cable.

Heat Level:

• Green = Low (30-35°C)
• Blue = Medium (35-45°C)
• Red = High (45-55°C)

Cleaning and Maintenance:

• The Cushion Cover can be removed and machine washed.
• To remove the Cushion Cover: Unzip the Cushion Cover. Unplug the USB and Micro USB Cables from the Power Bank.
• Remove the On/Off/Heat Level Control from the Cushion Cover by pushing it inwards through the Control Locator Ring.
• Remove the Magnetic Connector from the Cushion Cover by peeling open the hook and loop that holds it in place.
• Remove the Cushion Cover and wash according to the washing instructions on the wash care label.
• Note: Do not apply pressure to the wires on the back of the On/Off/Heat Level Control.
