Preparation and usage

• Infuse one teabag in 200ml of freshly boiled water for 3 minutes, then remove.
• For a refreshing change, add ice or allow to cool, and refrigerate for later.
• Our teabags are biodegradable so pop them in the food waste bin, if you have one.
• Our teabags are industrially compostable. We're working to make the foil wrap inside easier to recycle.
• Herbalist Tip: Top up your light levels while you infuse. Stand near a window or step outside for some natural light.
