Application: apply a wash of Eye2Eye over your entire eyelid and blend out using your ring finger, our Conceal/Eye Contour T-Brush or the T-Kit's eye brush. If you want to add liner, use the T-Kit's liner brush and a small amount of Eye2Eye to create a smooth line across your lash line.
