• 2. Decide on the personalisation you'd like for your product, adding the pet name of your choice, with up to 12 characters.
• 3. Choose a background colour from: 001 Saffron, 002 Damson, 003 Pine, 004 Admiral, 005 Poppy, 006 Sunshine, 007 Blossom, 008 Emerald, 009 Baby Blue, 010 Cinnamon, 011 Sand, 012 Peach, 013 Eucalyptus, 014 Dove, 015 White.
• 4. Send a high-resolution photo of your pet. The higher resolution the better quality your pet print will be - every pixel counts! The greater the contrast between the colour of your pet and the background, the clearer and more detailed the image you'll receive. Ensure no human hands are visible or they'll photobomb your sketch! Your image will look better with all pet paws visible.
• 5. Email all your personalisation details directly to [email protected] within 24 hours of ordering including your name, order number and contact details. If you are purchasing this as a gift and do not wish the recipient to be contacted, please ensure that you put your own contact details in the email.
