The region enjoys mild temperatures during winter and large diurnal range during the summer. The vineyards are dry and ventilated at 290m above sea level.

Vinification Details
Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of max 20C. The wine subsequently spent 6 months aging in bottle before release.
