Finely Chopped Tomatoes (Polpa) (39%), Tomato Passata (20%), Tomato Paste, Tomatoes (10%), Olive Oil (4%), Basil (3%), Sugar, Onion, White Balsamic Vinegar (White Wine Vinegar, Concentrated Grape Must), Carrots, Celery, Salt, Garlic, Concentrated Lemon Juice

Preparation and usage

  • Simply cook your favourite pasta, and reserve some pasta water before draining.
  • Heat the sauce gently in a saucepan, stirring often, and add the cooked pasta to the saucepan.
  • Add a couple of tablespoons of pasta water and stir thoroughly to evenly coat the pasta. Serve with a generous sprinkle of freshly grated parmesan.

Please ensure food is fully cooked and piping hot throughout before serving. Serves 3
