Spinach, potato and warm Indian spices marry perfectly with our signature Pure Basmati rice. Great on its own or with a curry! Perfect with spiced pan-fried seabass, sugar snap peas and raita. For a vegetarian alternative, replace the seabass with roasted cauliflower florets. Roast 15-20 mins until tender and charred on the edges.
