Mushrooms, carrot, peas, Chinese spices and soy sauce give our long grain rice a delicious oriental flavour. Perfect with Salt & Pepper Tofu. Dry extra firm tofu and soak in soy sauce for a few minutes. Mix cornflour, salt, pepper and sesame seeds in a bowl. Coat the tofu pieces and fry for 3-4 minutes each side until golden. Also delicious with Chinese meatballs or spare ribs.
