The No.12 is delicately balanced, full bodied and puts in a powerful hit. Notes of fruit and nut chocolate with a rich mouthfeel and a long lasting distinguished chocolate finish.
Blend: 40% Brazilian Mogiana Arabica, 40% Colombian Arabica, 20% Honduran Arabica
Preparation and Usage:
Cafetière - 30g of coffee per 500ml of water, just off the boil, 4-minute brew time
Espresso - 14g of coffee, 25 seconds extraction
V60 - 15g of coffee per 250ml of water, just off the boil, 2.5-minute brew time
Storage: Store in cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and consume within 2 weeks
