Free from vegan browniesIngredients200g Tiana Cassava Flour150ml Tiana Raw Extra Virgin Coconut Oil125g Tiana Coconut Nectar sugar alternative250ml water, 100g raisins, 65g Cocoa Powder10g Baking Powder, 5g Salt and 3g Vanilla Extract. Makes about 16 cookies.MethodBlend together cassava flour, coconut nectar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.Pour in water, oil, vanilla and mix until blended well.Add raisins and mix well.Spread evenly in a 20cm x 20cm baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes in the oven at 180°C.
