In 2008, an artist and a farmer joined forces in Dunbar to become Scotland's first cidermaker. Real fruit, hand methods, plenty of maturation time and a few happy accidents create the unmistakeably delicious flavour of thistly cross cider. Our most popular cider, this is smooth, balanced and lightly sparkling with a clean apple finish. Satisfying and sessionable.
