Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. Chop, cook, enjoy. Remove packaging and try it sliced or diced!

All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Ensure Seitan is piping hot before serving:


Grill - From Chilled. 180C, 8 mins
Preheat grill. Toss in 1tsp oil and grill on a tray over a single layer, turning halfway through.


Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Medium heat 5 mins
Heat 1tbsp of oil in a pan and fry, turning halfway through.
