The Real Greek Souvlaki Traybake Meal Kit 285g

Meal kit containing cooked long grain rice, vegetable stock and lemon and herb seasoning mix.

Preparation and usage

• 1. Preheat the oven to 210°C/190°C fan, mix the lemon and herb seasoning with the chicken thighs.
• 2. Slice the red pepper, red onion and arrange in a deep baking tray.
• 3. Mix the vegetable stock with 100ml of water, pour over the vegetables.
• 4. Place chicken thighs on top and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Add crumbled feta on top for an extra Greek twist.
• 5. Tear open the top corner of the rice pouch, microwave for 2 minutes at 700W or 1 min 30 seconds at 900W. Fluff up and serve with the traybake.

Personalise Your Dish: Swap chicken for pork, beef or lamb. For a Greek style souvlaki, place the meat pieces onto skewers before cooking. Griddle meat for extra flavour.
