The beans used to produce the base of this premium arabica coffee are grown on the shores of Lake Tawa in the north of Sumatra and then prepared in Vancouver by pumping pressured water through green coffee beans to absorb and remove the caffeine. This decaffeination process is 100% chemical free, but most importantly the distinctive flavour and origin of the coffee beans has been maintained.
