Barbecue - From Chilled. 1 Pre-heat your BBQ to a high heat (250°C or more) and oil clean grates to prevent from sticking.
2 Remove from packaging and keep sauce sachet aside for now. Place the burnt ends on the hottest part of your BBQ and cook for 5 minutes.
3 Flip occasionally and let meat develop a nice char on all sides.
4 Remove from the BBQ, put the burnt ends into a bowl and toss through the apple barbecue sauce.; Cooking Instructions - General. Serve and enjoy with favourite sides.
We think it's best as a big sharing feast alongside our full BBQ range.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat your oven to 220°C, remove from packaging (keep sachet aside for now). Arrange the burnt ends on a wire rack placed over a foil-lined baking sheet and cook for 10-15 minutes until crispy. Remove from the oven, place in a bowl and toss through the sauce to coat thoroughly.

Storage:
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
