Preparation and Usage
Directions
- Give the bag a gentle shake
- Add 48g / 5 level tablespoons to your bowl
- Pour hot water or milk to just cover the oats (approx. 80ml)or add a bit more if you prefer a lighter consistency porridge
- Stir thoroughly for 30 seconds then rest for 30sec (both you & the porridge), then... Enjoy!
