To create this whisky, The Glenrothes set aside the very best between 1975 and 2003, all with the intention for it to be bottled as single casks. Fast forward to 1987, and the cask that made this bottle was filled. Drinking with a special creaminess, it introduces notes of peach, vanilla custard and fresh almond – in other words, it's one you'll keep reserved for extra-special occasions.
