Located in the eastern edge of Galicia, within the Ribeiro DO, Coto de Gomariz overlooks the Avia river, and has a unique microclimate ideal for growing local grape varieties.
Using biodynamic farming principles and focusing on producing wines centred around indigenous grape varieties, the Flower and the Bee White is made from the Galician Treixadura. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented and stored in cool stainless steel tanks to retain the wine's freshness.
It's aromatic, bold and intense, with ripe white peach, lemon and herbal notes on the palate, and a lovely intensity to the finish. This will pair brilliantly with meatier white fish, and can handle richer, creamy sauces.
