The Eye Doctor Heated Eye Compress for Stye, Chalazion & Dry Eye is a reusable moist heat eye compress designed to provide targeted relief for irritated eyelids. The microwaveable compress delivers soothing warmth to help unblock the meibomian glands, supporting the management of dry eye, meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD), blepharitis, styes and chalazia.

The compress features Sterileyes® antibacterial technology, with a clinically tested antibacterial layer that helps maintain eyelid hygiene between uses by reducing bacteria on the surface of the mask. Its adjustable elastic strap provides a secure and comfortable fit for single-eye treatment, while the soft design helps deliver gentle, consistent heat.

For best results, use the warmed compress for 7-10 minutes while lying down to maximise heat transfer. The pack also includes two eyelid wipes for cleansing before treatment and a storage pouch to help keep the compress clean between uses.

A clinically proven treatment for Styes, MGD, Blepharitis, Dry Eye Disease, Chalazion (Eyelid cysts) and the associated symptoms, grittiness, irritation and sore eyes.

• Step 1: Heat the compress. Heat the Stye Relief Compress for 15-20 Secs in the microwave. Apply The Eye Doctor® Stye Relief to your closed eye. Fasten the strap around your head and adjust for personal comfort. Sit back and relax for 7 to 10 minutes.
• Step 2: Massage the Eyelid. For the upper eyelid: Slide your finger in a downward fashion from the eyebrow downwards to the eyelashes of the upper lid. For the lower eyelid: Slide your finger upwards towards the eyelashes of your lower lid.
• Step 3: Wipe the eyelids / lashes. Wipe away any secretions using The Eye Doctor® Lid Wipes included with your Stye Relief Compress.

• The Eye Doctor® Stye Relief MUST only be heated from room temperature.
• Shake immediately after heating and before use to ensure even distribution of the BodyBeads® inside the mask.
• For microwave use only. Lay flat in a clean microwavable dish. Do not place directly onto a grill stand.
• Take care when removing from the microwave. Do not overheat.
• Always check the temperature on the inside of your wrist before putting it on your eye.
• Never wet or wash the compress. Wipe clean only with a damp cloth, do not use detergent.
