Matured in a considered mix of French oak, it reveals layers of dark berry fruit, with hints of spice, cedar, and a gentle earthiness. The palate is smooth and composed, with fine tannins and a lively freshness that keeps the richness in check. A subtle savoury edge and lingering finish add to its sense of balance and quiet complexity.
