For Best Before End, see side of lid. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and eat within 6 weeks.  

Preparation and Usage
Also great as a side sauce with grilled or oven roasted vegetables.

Recipe SuggestionYou Will Need...4 chicken breasts or8 chicken thighs1 jar Jerk Paste1 tbsp oilDelicious served with Caribbean style Rice & PeasMethod1. Slice 4 deep scores into the breasts of chicken or skin of chicken thighs.2. Pour over the jar of paste and 1 tbsp oil, massage into the chicken.3. For best results, cover and marinate in the fridge for 1 hour but ideally overnight.4. Pre-heat the barbecue or set the oven grill to medium-high.5. Grill/barbecue the chicken for 20 mins turning regularly or until juices run clear.
