Perfect as a dipping sauce, our Satay Peanut Sauce is delicious with grilled meat or tofu. It can also be used to baste or marinade and is wonderful added to stir-fry's for a deliciously nutty flavour. Try it with Chicken & Thai Taste Sticky Rice

Recipe SuggestionEasy Chicken SatayServe 2You will need:2 medium chicken breasts, skinless, diced200g satay peanut sauce8 bamboo skewersCooking instructions:1. Soak bamboo skewers in warm water for 30 minutes.2. Mix chicken with 1/2 of the satay peanut sauce and, if you have time, leave to marinate for an hour.3. Thread chicken onto skewers & grill until cooked through.4. Pour the remainder of the satay peanut sauce over the skewers when serving Or use in a side bowl as a dipping sauce.
