Storage
Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 2 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze.
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days. To keep fresher for longer, store in the fridge in the original packaging. Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by date shown.
