Chicken Katsu Curry.

• Serves 2
• Cooking Time: 5-6 minutes.
• Method: Hob.
• Ingredients: 1 Jar of Tesco Katsu Curry Cooking Sauce 340g; 350g of breaded chicken breast fillets (cooked as per instructions on packet).
• Method:
  1. Empty contents of the jar into a saucepan.
  2. Heat gently for 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Pour over the cooked breaded chicken breast fillets .
• To serve: Serve with cooked jasmine rice and why not try adding a handful of cooked green beans to the side of your plate.
