Shopping list / Ingredients to buy

• 250g boneless chicken thighs
• 150g Greek style yogurt
• 1 small red onion
• 4 flatbreads
• side salad

Method

1. Pre-heat the oven to 210°C.
2. Dice the onion and chicken. Mix with the seasoning paste and 50g of yogurt and add into an ovenproof dish.
3. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
4. Meanwhile, mix the remaining yogurt with the seasoning (adding a little water to loosen up if necessary) and prepare your chosen salad.
5. Warm the flatbreads and top with the cooked chicken, yogurt dressing and salad.
