Dip meat, fish, cheese or dairy free alternative, or vegetables into beaten egg (or your preferred vegan substitute), then roll in the breadcrumbs, coating evenly. For an even crispier finish, you can coat first in gluten free flour such as rice or corn flour before dipping into the egg. Shallow-fry or bake until beautifully golden.
As a topping for dishes: To add texture and flavour to your favourite dishes, simply sprinkle over pasta bakes, casseroles, or stuffed vegetables, then grill or oven bake until crisp.
