Defrost Instructions
Remove the eclairs from all packaging and place on to a plate or a serving tray. Allow to defrost at room temperature for approximately 40 minutes.
Storage
Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Important: If food has thawed, do not refreeze. Keep frozen at -18C or cooler.
