INGREDIENTS: Water, Green Pepper (10%), Onion, Tomato, Single Cream (Milk), Green Chilli (4.5%), Tomato Paste, Garlic Purée, Rapeseed Oil, Modified Maize Starch, Coriander Leaf, Sugar, Coriander Powder, Smoked Paprika, Colour (Chlorophylls), Salt, Cumin, Jalapeño Chilli Powder, Oregano, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Fennel, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Red Chilli.

Preparation and usage

• Peruvian Style Chicken
• Serves 2.
• Cooking time: 15 minutes.
• Method: Hob cooking

Ingredients:

• 15ml (1 tbsp) oil.
• 400g chicken fillets.
• 1 jar of Tesco Finest Peruvian Inspired Salsa.

Method:

• 1. Heat 1tbsp of oil in a medium saucepan.
• 2. Add chicken fillets and sauté for 3 minutes.
• 3. Stir in the jar of sauce and cook on simmer, lid on, until chicken is cooked through.
• To serve: Serve with tortilla wraps or rice.
