Only the finest blend of 00 wheat flour, durum wheat semolina and egg is mixed to create the silky smooth dough, which has then generously filled with a creamy and spicy filling made from Calabrian 'nduja sausage and red onion, mixed with a creamy mascarpone cheese. Perfect served with a drizzle of olive oil, topped with sliced red chilli and grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
