An effortless baking mix that makes four delectable chocolate puddings with a rich, oozing chocolate sauce centre. Just add eggs and butter. Makes 4 rich, melt in the mouth chocolate puddings.

INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Dark Chocolate (23%) [Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Emulsifier (Lecithins), Flavouring], Wheat Flour, Cocoa Powder.

Cooking time: 14 minutes.

Makes: 4 puddings

Method: Oven

To make the pudding:

You will need: 75g softened unsalted butter; 2 medium eggs.

• 1. Pre-heat the oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C /Gas 7.
• 2. Grease the foil cases with butter and place onto a baking tray.
• 3. Put the 75g softened butter and eggs into a mixing bowl.
• 4. Empty the contents of the sachet into the mixing bowl and whisk to obtain a smooth mixture.
• 5. Divide the mixture between the 4 foil cases and bake in the oven for 14 minutes. Don't overcook them or they will lose their gooey centre.
• 6. Remove from the oven and, with scissors, cut the top edge of the foil to help release the puddings.
• 7. Turn the puddings over onto serving plates
