Only the finest blend of 00 wheat flour, durum wheat semolina and egg is mixed to create the silky smooth dough, which has then generously filled with a creamy butternut squash and smoky provola cheese filling, finished with aromatic sage. Perfect served tossed in melted butter, topped with crispy sage and grated Parmigiano Reggiano.

Storage

• Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown.
• Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze.

• Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge.
• Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 2 days and by 'use by' date shown.
