Ingredients:

INGREDIENTS: Water, Tomato, Single Cream (Milk) (7%), Sugar, Tomato Paste, Butter (Milk) (2.5%), Modified Maize Starch, Rapeseed Oil, Dried Onion, Ginger Purée, Garlic Purée, Paprika, Salt, Whey Protein (Milk), Coriander Powder, Cardamom, Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid), Cumin, Smoked Paprika, Fenugreek Leaf, Red Chilli Powder.

Preparation and usage:

Butter Chicken. Serves 2. Cooking time: 15 minutes.

Method: Hob

Ingredients: 15ml (1 tbsp) vegetable oil; 300g skinless boneless chicken thighs; 1 jar Tesco Finest Butter Chicken Sauce.

  • 1. Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a saucepan.
  • 2. Add 300g of diced chicken thigh and sear for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Pour in the jar of sauce to the pan.
  • 4. Simmer for 10 minutes, with lid on, until the chicken is cooked through.

To serve: Serve with cooked basmati rice or naan and garnish with chopped coriander.

Try substituting chicken thigh for 300g paneer.
