Water, Tomato Paste, Garlic Purée, Modified Maize Starch, Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Dried Onion, Cumin, Spirit Vinegar, Coriander Powder, Chipotle Chilli, Paprika, Colour (Plain Caramel), Cinnamon, Oregano, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Smoked Paprika, Clove, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Black Pepper.

Barbacoa Beef. Serves 2. Cooking time: 2 hours. Method: Oven.

Ingredients:

• 30ml (2 tbsp) oil.
• 750g Beef Brisket
• 1 jar of Tesco Finest Barbacoa Sauce.
• 1 onion.

Method:

• 1. Pre-heat the oven to 170°C/Fan 150°C/ Gas 3.
• 2. Score the beef with a knife.
• 3. Add oil to a casserole dish and sear the meat, cover with sauce and a sliced onion. Rinse the sauce jar with 100ml of water and add it back to the meat.
• 4. Cook beef for 2 hours.
• 5. Shred with forks and mix through the cooking liquid.

To serve: Serve with tacos or tortilla wraps.

May contain peanuts and nuts.

Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days. Store in a cool dry place.
