Cooking time: 17-19 minutes - Method: Oven
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4.
Empty the brownie mix into a bowl, add 1 medium egg, 50ml (approx. 3 ½ tbsp) cold water and 30g of butter.
Using a spoon mix together all the ingredients to form a lumpy mixture.
Pour the mixture into the lined tin.
Bake in the centre of the oven for 19 minutes. For a gooey texture, reduce baking time to 17 minutes.
Leave to cool in the tin, cut into squares and serve.
