Kit contains:

Shopping list / Ingredients to buy:

• 300g boneless chicken thigh fillets
• 20g Greek style yogurt
• 1 small red onion
• 1 basmati microwave rice pouch
• 2 tbsp butter.

Method:

• 1. Slice the onion into half moons, fry in butter in a casserole dish on a low heat.
• 2. Once golden brown, add half the Biriyani seasoning and fry for 1 minute, remove onions from the pan and place to one side.
• 3. Add the diced chicken into the pan with the paste, yogurt and remaining seasoning. Fry until the chicken is cooked through.
• 4. Cover the chicken with the rice, place a lid on top and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes.
• 5. Carefully remove the lid, place the cooked onions on top. Mix well and serve.
