Preparation and usage Suitable for all hob types except induction. Before using your pan for the first time, wash with warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. Only use wooden, nylon or silicone utensils to prevent scratching the non-stick surface. Do not allow a gas flame or heat source to extend beyond the base of the pan. Use a low to medium heat as overheating the pan can damage the non-stick coating. To clean, rinse in warm soapy water, wipe with a cloth and dry thoroughly. Do not use metal scourers or abrasives. If any burnt food is left in the pan, leave to soak in hot soapy water before attempting to clean. Not suitable for oven use. Never cut food inside of the pans. Only stand hot pans on heat protected surfaces. If Handle become hot the use of oven gloves is recommended. This product is dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended. Suitable for use in a fridge freezer. For maximum efficiency always use the lid. Ensure that the handle is never left over the heat source.
Safety information Do not slide the pan as this may damage the base and may leave marks on some cookers. Never heat up an empty pan or let it boil dry as the pan can be damaged by overheating. In the event that the pan has become overheated, do not remove the pan from the hob, switch the cooker off and allow cooling to room temperature before removing. Allow pan to return to room temperature before use when removing from a fridge freezer. Do not leave handles over a heat source, they may get hot, so we'd recommend using oven gloves.
