INGREDIENTS: Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium, Folic Acid, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin], Maple Syrup Flavour Sauce (27%) [Sugar, Water, Cornflour, Flavouring, Caramelised Sugar Syrup], Sugar, Buttermilk Powder (Milk), Dried Egg, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate, Potassium Hydrogen Carbonate), Salt.

Preparation and usage

You Will Need: 160-170ml Cold Water; 10g Unsalted Butter.

What's included: Pancake mix, Maple syrup flavour sauce.

Cooking time: 3 minutes. Method: Frying pan. Makes: 4 pancakes

Method:

• 1. Empty the mix and water into a bowl. Whisk until well combined and free from lumps.
• 2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add a small knob of butter to the pan and enough batter to make a pancake approx. 12cm-14cm in diameter.
• 3. Cook the pancake for approx. 1 minute 30 seconds, until it sets and bubbles appear. Turn over and cook a further 1 minute 30 seconds, until golden brown and the pancake has risen.
• 4. Continue until all the batter is used up.
• 5. Use the maple syrup to decorate your pancakes.
