INGREDIENTS: Pasteurised Egg, Whipping Cream (Milk) (16%), Belgian Milk Chocolate (16%) [Sugar, Dried Whole Milk, Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Mass, Milk Sugar, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithins), Flavouring], Reconstituted Dried Skimmed Milk, Coconut Oil, Wheat Flour, Palm Oil, Water, Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Belgian Dark Chocolate [Cocoa Mass, Palm Kernel Oil, Dried Skimmed Milk, Maize Starch, Rapeseed Oil, Emulsifier (Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Salt, Stabiliser (Carrageenan).
Defrost Instructions: Remove all packaging. Separate éclairs carefully and place onto a serving plate. Defrost at room temperature for approximately 1 hour, or alternatively 3 hours in the refrigerator.
