Located in the heart of vineyards in the Aix region, the castle is built on the site of a Gallo-Roman City. The vines are young and grow on silty-sand and limestone bedrock. This wine is a blend of 55% Grenache, 18% Cinsault, 15% Mourvèdre and 12% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Tasting Notes: Light pink in colour with blue hues, notes of grapefruit and exotic fruit reveal themselves on the nose. Fruity notes on the palate, while being fresh and expressive. The long finish is fleshy and mineral.
