Regional information: Sourced from vineyards in the Luberon mountain area under the IGP Méditerranée designation, the vines are grown on clay and limestone soils in a Mediterranean climate. Vinification details: The grapes are machine harvested and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at approximately 16°C for around 10 days. The wine undergoes natural settling, crossflow filtration and stabilisation before bottling, preserving its fresh fruit character and aromatic Mediterranean style.
