They have farmed sustainably for three generations and constantly strive for ways to reduce packaging costs, energy consumption and water usage. Uniquely to them, a wormery composts grape skins and stems for organic fertiliser. Their passion for the land is repaid with grapes bursting with flavour intensity and quality.Expert winemaker Ruben Ruffo uses hand-harvested grapes from 30-year-old vines grown in organic, sandy soil-based vineyards.
