The traditionally reared Dexter cattle (the smallest native breed in the British Isles) have a specially formulated diet including 6-8 pints of Yorkshire-brewed bitter a day for at least 6 months before the end of their life, to create a depth of flavour that Taste Tradition believe is unparalleled in British beef.
Storage: Minimum shelf life of 4 days. Suitable for home freezing.
